You make it so easy to meal prep. The fact you state how long fresh meal can last for and what can be frozen is so helpful. These E-book prompted me to buy the other books. I am having so much fun cooking thanks to you and your approach. The only thing I wish you would do is provide guidance on how to extend the meal prep from a couple to a family of four. Also, as we live in a digital world, I wish your recipe and shopping was available in an App. I know one exist however it does not work. I am based in UK so this may why I can't easily access the app.
