ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 – 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer store pick-up at this time.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

We offer Royal Mail or DPD shipping depending on the weight of your order. You can expect deliveries to be made within 3 - 5 working days. Items will be dispatched within 1 business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Span, Sweeden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States of America and United Kingdom 

If the country you want to ship to isn’t on this list, please reach out to: support@themealprepking.com and we may be able to assist and get a price to ship to you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Meal Prep King Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at john@themealprepking.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
